My stay at the Hyatt Regency Mexico City was enjoyable overall, thanks to its amazing location and comfort. However, there were a few hiccups, like the breakfast experience and some issues with the room amenities that could use improvement. Despite these setbacks, I would definitely consider returning for the stunning views and vibrant hotel atmosphere.

Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk left a lot to be desired, as they were unhelpful and made me feel unwelcome. While the rest of the staff was friendly and the facilities were well-maintained, the overall service could have been more consistent.
